Anastasia Storage Center, located in St. Augustine, Florida, will complement Personal Mini Storage’s other managed property in the area, 312 Self Storage.

Personal Mini Storage will be taking on all management components of Anastasia Storage Center, including, and not limited to, human resources, accounting, revenue management, sales and marketing, community involvement, and maintenance. Anastasia Storage Center currently has 568 units, and offers climate controlled and non-climate controlled units, as well as parking for boats, trailers and recreational vehicles. Personal Mini Storage will be working with the property to ensure that top of the line customer service, safety and maintenance is provided.
