Joseph A. He is perhaps most well-known for his expert commentary on CBC on the Jian Ghomeshi sexual assault case as well as on the trial of Senator Mike Duffy. Mr. Neuberger's noteworthy achievements over the years have made him one of Canada’s most widely lauded attorneys. He is often retained by police and government agencies on high-profile inquiries, most notably by the Provincial Government to act as lead counsel in the Cornwall Public Inquiry into historical allegations of sexual abuse in the community.

As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Neuberger maintains a unique vantage point from which to follow developments in criminal defense law. He noted:

Mr. Neuberger is also the past Editor-in-chief of the Toronto Law Journal and was the first writer to tackle the highly technical area of preventive detention in a clear and comprehensive way in his book, Assessing Dangerousness: Guide to the Dangerous Offender Application Process.
