With 13 years dedicated to real estate, Mr. Hathcock brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his area of expertise, the real estate market of the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in real estate, Mr. Hathcock said:

"My family was evicted from our home when I was seventeen, and it just devastated my life. It was the first time I ever realized that there was a difference between owning a home and renting a home. I was intrigued by the fact that someone could own a home and but then rent it out, and the mortgage gets paid off by the renter. I vowed that I would never be in that position again. I enrolled in a couple of different investment seminars, and then I met my wife, and her family owned a property management company that just seemed to really fit my interests, so I actually ended up buying the company from my father in law when he was ready to retire."

In 2014, Mr. Hathcock bought the company from his in-laws when they decided to retire and now oversees the entire business, providing personalized services to a broad array of clients throughout the East Valley of Phoenix. With his commitment to achieving client goals and customized approach using in-depth market knowledge and experience, the company proudly maintains a referral rate of over fifty percent.

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Hathcock prioritizes keeping up with local market topics and real estate trends. Commenting on the exponential increase in pricing over the course of the past year, he says:

"Home prices have shot up again to 2006 and 2007 level prices, so I'm watching that to see how the 2017 year closes out and if those prices can remain stable. Rent prices have skyrocketed as well, which is good for my business."

In addition to managing East Valley, Mr. Hathcock serves as the Phoenix chapter president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, one of the association's largest and oldest chapters in the country. He has written numerous articles and has been interviewed on the Rex Parry Business Talk Radio Show on 1100 KFNX where he discusses property investment and current market conditions.
