HFF arranges nearly $16.1M in financing for high-density office building

The Carolinas office of HFF arranged the financing for INQ @ 2401 on behalf of the borrower, a partnership between DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital. HFF placed a floating-rate loan with HSBC.
