$31.2M in public money for infrastructure near River District moves step forward

The City Council economic development committee voted unanimously to move forward a request to allocate up to $16.2 million from the city's Community Investment Plan and up to $15 million in reimbursement through a tax increment grant, both of which would help fund phase one of infrastructure improvements around the planned River District.
