Wisconsin Assembly passes $3 billion Foxconn incentive bill

The bill to pave the way for Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn to build a $10 billion plant in southeastern Wisconsin that could employ up to 13,000 people next goes to the state Senate.
