Dallas restaurant company focusing on French concepts with sale of Bruegger's Bagels

Le Duff America, the Dallas-based arm of France's Groupe Le Duff, is selling off Bruegger's to focus on its French-inspired concepts, la Madeleine, Brioche Doree and Mimi's Cafe.
