Littelfuse Inc. (Nasdaq: LFUS) will acquire IXYS Corp. (Nasdaq: IXYS) in a cash and stock deal valued at approximately $750 million. Shares of IXYS jumped $6.45 to close at $22.40 while Littelfuse stock plunged $4.00 to close at $174.26.
