Burns & McDonnell wants to restart KCI selection process

Counsel for the Burns & McDonnell team, legally named Terminal Developer LLC, notified the city attorney’s office with that request Tuesday morning after alleging a day earlier that the city’s KCI counsel had a conflict of interest.
