Court approves Sempra’s bid for Oncor ahead of Buffett

A U.S. bankruptcy judge Wednesday approved a deal for San Diego-based Sempra Energy to acquire Dallas electricity provider Oncor. A deal for Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway to buy the company is all but dead.
