Clark Foundation gifts $15M to Virginia Tech to create engineering scholars program

The Bethesda-based A. James and Alice B. Clark Foundation's contribution to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is part of its initiative to commit more than $100 million in engineering education by 2018.
