Insurers climb on lower Hurricane Irma damage estimates

Shares of HCI Group Inc. (NYSE: HCI) leaped $5.38 to close at $36.15, Heritage Insurance Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HRTG) soared $2.02 to close at $11.39 and Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. (NYSE: UVE) surged $2.20 to close at $20.05 after estimates of Hurricane Irma damages fell short of expectations.
