New York City agency approves $9.4 million in tax breaks for Aetna

NEW YORK, Sept 19 (Reuters) - New York City's industrial development agency on Tuesday approved a $9.4 million tax-break package for Aetna Inc, as the third-largest U.S. health insurer moves its corporate headquarters to Manhattan from Connecticut.
