Appetite for luxe living in Carrollton fuels next phase for Trammell Crow Co.'s residential arm

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., and its partner Olympus Property, have started the next phase of the Union at Carrollton Square after the first two phases of the project quickly leased up to residents.
