Turkey threatens blockade after Iraqi Kurdish independence vote

BAGHDAD/ERBIL, Iraq (Reuters) - The Iraqi government ruled out talks on Kurdish independence and Turkey threatened to impose a blockade on Tuesday after Iraq's Kurds defied their neighbors and their U.S. allies to stage a referendum showing strong support for secession.
