AT&T takes a step toward finalizing acquisition of Time Warner

President Donald Trump’s candidate to head the Antitrust Division has remained on the outside looking in, yet to earn the Senate approval needed to take up his post. That changed Wednesday, with the Senate approving the Trump’s nomination of Makan Delrahim 73-21.
