Carrefour appoints FNAC Darty's Malige as new CFO

PARIS (Reuters) - Carrefour named Matthieu Malige as finance director on Monday, two months after the world's second-biggest supermarket retailer behind Wal-Mart warned on its 2017 operating profit.
