Indian firm plans to pursue intellectual property case against Monsanto

Indian seed firm Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. does not plan to settle its intellectual property dispute with Monsanto Co., despite reports that three other cotton seed makers in the country are moving forward with settlements.
