Cape Fear Public Utility Authority files GenX suit against DuPont, Chemours

On the heels of a class action lawsuit filed against DuPont and its spinout Chemours over the release of chemicals, including GenX, into the Cape Fear River, the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority has now filed its own suit against against the companies.
