Despite outcry over alleged harassment in state Capitol, few women have filed official complaints

The Assembly Rules Committee reports that fewer than a dozen women have filed official complaints of harassment in recent years, despite a recent open letter from women in politics alleging the issue is pervasive. Some women suggest they have not come forward out of fear of retribution or harm to their career.
