Potlatch nears all-stock acquisition of Deltic Timber -sources

Oct 22 (Reuters) - U.S. forest products company Potlatch Corp is nearing an all-stock deal to acquire smaller peer Deltic Timber Corp, people familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
