Small business owners aren't happy with government priorities. Here's what they think of Pittsburgh's efforts

Small business owners say they would rather see state and local governments focus more on decision that impact their day-to-day operations, than on offering large tax incentives and removing regulations to entice large corporations to move to their city, a new survey found.
