Small business owners aren't happy with government. Here's what they think of their local leaders

Small business owners say they would rather see state and local governments focus more on improving access to training programs and improving agency websites that impact their day-to-day operations, than on offering large tax incentives and removing regulations to entice large corporations to move to their city, a new survey found.
