Dynegy shares jump on report it is close to a deal to be bought by Vistra Energy

Shares of Dynegy Inc. jumped more than 12 percent in late afternoon trade after The Wall Street Journal reported that fellow Texas power company Vistra Energy Corp. was close to a deal to buy Dynegy.
