Zuckerberg-backed AltSchool closes Palo Alto location, scales back nationally

A deep-pocketed chain of experimental private schools that mostly caters to the children of wealthy tech workers is closing its school in Palo Alto and will pivot to selling the software it’s built to other schools, Bloomberg reports.
