Couple who struggled with infertility for 13 years become parents

After 13 years, 15 miscarriages, an ectopic pregnancy, multiple failed surrogacy attempts and three failed adoptions, Lindsay and Brian Vargas finally welcomed a daughter into their home via adoption on Oct. 15, and revealed that she will be joined by twin siblings via surrogacy in April.
