Circleville voters grant Berger Hospital freedom to start talks with OhioHealth

Circleville voters overwhelmingly approved independence that allows Berger Health System to join a larger hospital group – most likely OhioHealth Corp., although joining as its 11th hospital is not a fait accompli.
