San Francisco company launches its streaming TV service with Facebook co-founder at the helm

San Francisco-based Philo is making its streaming TV service available to the public Tuesday with backing from five major programming groups. The company is hoping cord-cutting audiences have an appetite for an entertainment-centric TV bundle without any sports shows.
