GE evaluating ‘exit options on Baker Hughes’ months after megamerger

John Flannery, chairman and CEO of GE, noted that there’s been no decision about Baker Hughes GE so far. But GE’s board has created a new committee — the Finance and Capital Allocation Committee — and the first task Flannery assigned them was “evaluating our exit options on Baker Hughes.”
