Tesla shares jump as Wall Street heaps praise on electric truck

Tesla Inc. shares rose on Friday, a day after the Silicon Valley car maker unveiled its promised electric commercial truck and surprised observers by showing off a new version of the Roadster, the costly sports car that kicked off its electric-vehicle production.
