Former Cars.com exec Elaine Richards joins Rubicon Global as President

Backed by Leonardo DiCaprio, Rubicon uses the Internet and mobile technology to match a network of 4,500 independent waste haulers and recyclers with business customers. Rubicon, which has raised $220 million in venture capital funding, might be on the road to an IPO.
