Lawmakers to Tillerson: Don’t meddle with Persian Gulf states’ Open Skies agreements

Revamping Open Skies agreements with the Persian Gulf states would endanger similar agreements with more than 100 other nations and put billions of dollars at risk for smaller airlines, the tourism industry and aircraft manufacturers, according to a letter circulating among lawmakers.
