Northside apartment complex secures $33.4M loan for green improvements

The Place at Castle Hills is a 680-unit garden-style apartment complex consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments, a fitness center, four outdoor swimming pools, a spa, gated access, courtyards and walking trails.
