With $10M in contracts, MLGW plans to outsource IT — again

A year after explaining why it needs to hire international IT talent, MLGW was back before the Memphis City Council asking it to approve seven $1.4 million contracts to outsource IT services. Together, the contracts will cost $9.8 million.
