Justice Department likely to approve Sinclair takeover of KTVI, KPLR parent: Report

The Justice Department reportedly has indicated it is willing to approve Sinclair Broadcast Group's proposed $3.9 billion takeover of Tribune Media Co. if the companies sell off about a dozen TV stations.
