S.C.'s chief utility customer advocate to step down in wake of failed nuclear project

Dukes Scott, the only executive director the S.C. Office of Regulatory Staff has ever had, will step down Jan. 15, in the wake of the failed $20 billion-plus V.C. Summer nuclear expansion.
