Tencent and JD.com Inc. (Nasdaq: JD) will jointly invest $863 million in Vipshop Holdings (NYSE: VIPS). Shares of JD.com gained $1.36 to close at $41.68 while Vipshop Holdings stock surged $3.31 to close at $11.75.
