McDermott International Inc. (NYSE: MDR) will acquire Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. (NYSE: CBI) in an all stock transaction valued at approximately $6 billion. Shares of McDermott International lost 90 cents to close at $6.69 while Chicago Bridge & Iron stock dropped $1.91 to close at $16.01.
