Compass merging with Dallas firm to make a big splash in DFW's luxury residential market

New York City-based Compass has decided to merge with a Dallas-based luxury residential brokerage as it opens a three-office operation this year, starting with The Collective Residential's office along Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas. The residential firm plans to open two additional offices in North Texas, along with becoming a major player in the luxury Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market.
