CSRA Inc. (NYSE: CSRA) will be acquired by General Dynamics Corp. (NYSE: GD) for a premium of approximately $6.8 billion. Shares of CSRA leaped $9.57 to close at $40.39 while General Dynamics stock tumbled $2.57 to close at $209.53.
