FEBC's Work Life Services Benefit Offers Resources on Elder Care

While baby boomers are no longer the biggest generation in the United States — that prize now goes to millennials — they still make up a huge portion of the population. And as they age, and live longer into old age, the need for elder care will continue to rise. “As we watch the people we love age, we know they might need more help,” said Martinez. “But that always isn’t easy. Having professionals on hand to give advice and help us coordinate care is often very needed. So we’re happy to offer this kind of benefit to FEBC members.”
