University of Cincinnati president lays out plan to make UC leader in new economy

University of Cincinnati President Neville Pinto spent his first eight months in office coming up with a plan to keep UC and its students ahead of the changing economy, and partnering with business to make that happen. He unveiled the plan to the school's Board of Trustees on Tuesday morning.
