Attorney for former Wright State consultant disputes Inspector General report

An attorney for Ron Wine, a former Wright State University consultant who is suing the university for breach of payment, is disputing a recent report from the Ohio Inspector General's office that says he earned nearly $2 million in "questionable payments."
