Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:ORBN) (the “Company”), parent company of Willamette Valley Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.20 per share payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2018.
