Ohio's medical marijuana program is 'broken' and needs re-booted, group suing the state says

The group suing the state and competing applicants over their rejection for a medical marijuana cultivation license wants the entire program stopped, arguing Ohioans won't be able to trust in the licensees or the quality of the final product if the process continues as is.
