Issue resolved: New owner of Yadkin Project actually owns the riverbed too

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal from the state of North Carolina contending it actually owned the riverbed beneath the 45-mile section of the Yadkin. That refusal officially answers the question and Cube Hydro Partners, which bought the Yadkin Project from Alcoa last year, is the owner.
