Ivory Coast's Ouattara replaces mines minister

ABIDJAN, March 1 (Reuters) - Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara replaced the industry and mines minister on Thursday, naming Trade Minister Souleymane Diarrassouba to fill the position on an interim basis.
