Battelle cutting 260 jobs in Columbus, 90 at other sites, mostly management roles

Battelle is cutting 11 percent of its workforce – 260 jobs in Central Ohio and 90 elsewhere – so that it can lower costs and be more competitive on bids for federal research contracts.
