BLJ: Bill seeks to extend statute of limitations in abuse cases

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn joined county Legislature Chairman Peter Savage III last week in calling for passage of a bill to extend the statute of limitations for prosecuting child sexual abuse crimes in New York.
