Former Microsoft CFO is named White House deputy chief of staff

Chris Liddell was Microsoft CFO from 2005 to 2009 and has been running the Trump administration's American Technology Council. Liddell will work alongside White House Chief of Staff John Kelly in his new role. He was rumored to be in the running for director of the National Economic Council.
